This form is intended to serve as a channel for reporting incidents, complaints, or suggestions within the framework of the Major and Minor in Communication of the Bachelor of Arts in European Studies at the Faculty of Information Sciences.
Once the form has been received, the BAES Coordinator will inform the interested party, within 20 days, of the actions to be taken and, where appropriate, of the final decision adopted by the competent bodies.
The suggestions/complaints received will be considered and resolved, depending on their nature, by the BAES Coordinator and the Office of the Vice-Dean for Faculty and Research. In the case of claims, they will be handled by the Degree Quality Committee.
